REGISTRATION AND NAME PLATE

Registered Delegates can collect all Conference Documents at the Registration Desk.
Personal Name Plates are required for access to conference room, exhibition and social functions. All Delegates are kindly requested to wear their Name Plate during all conference activities and social events.

NO SMORKING POLICY

Smoking is not permitted in the conference areas and lodging area. Smoking is only allowed in the smoking places and place with ashtrays.

LIABILITY

Organizer cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, damages accident to private property or additional expenses incurred as a result of delays or changes in air, sea, rail, road or any other services, weather, or any other cause. Conference delegates are advised to take their own insurance.

INFIRMARY ROOM

Organizer operates infirmary room at No.4 special room on the 2nd floor of International Exchange Building during day time.
ET consultation will be available at free of charge.

LUNCH

Buffet lunches will be served daily from 12:30-14:00 at the Reception Room on the 1st floor of International Exchange Building.
